Guess I have some books coming

Wish I didn't...

I told Tnerb I would wait til I received the books from CGC but that could be another month or more away so Im writing this now. I had 3 invoices I submitted at ECCC...2 Universal and 1 Signature. I filled out 1 CCS form onsite to press some books I picked up at the show, these were Universal...the other 2 invoices I only used CGC forms but was assured they would be sent to CCS first. I saw the Universal invoice that was to go through CCS move to Verified status a couple of weeks ago but no news on the other two...and none of the invoices ever appeared on CCS.

I called CCS a couple of days ago to find out if they knew what the status was on any of my invoices. They assured me that the 1 Universal invoice in Verified at CGC had been pressed but the other 2 invoices went straight to CGC and are already graded...without pressing. If I want them pressed at this point I would have to pay for re-grading in addition to the pressing fees. I was told that I should have written PRESS in large print on the CGC forms to ensure they got pressed first. It was also explained that the reason I didnt see the other 2 invoices on the CGC site is because my account number probably wasnt listed on the forms...I checked later and it WAS on the forms so that makes no sense to me.

I notice now on the CCS form there is a check box that says Send to CGC...there is no check box on the CGC form that says anything about Pressing or CCS. I asked when I was there...after filling out the one CCS form and the two CGC forms...if I needed to fill out both the CGC and CCS forms and was assured that I did not. I wish I would have done it anyway, or paid closer attention to the check boxes. It is what is at this point...now Im just waiting to see what the grades are when they get here, and without the pressing Im not very optimistic. Such a bummer.

Thanks for listing...
