HERITAGE LOST ONE OF MINE.

Heritage Auctions lost a comic I purchased from them earlier this year. I waited a few weeks before contacting them about it. The lady I talked to said they had a record of the sale and it last was in the shipping department and they would find it. I asked them if this happened much and to my surprise she said it did but they almost always find them within a month. She offered me a choice of a refund, credit or I could wait some more. I said I would wait. Four weeks later I called and she said they were still looking for it. I decided to get a refund which came quickly. Which made me wonder if CGC ever lost one of your comics? They have been flawless and handling my submissions but it made me think.
