Hulk #377 3rd print. Is it really tougher than ASM #292 2nd?

I have been looking for the very elusive ASM #292 "so much fun" 2nd print in nm or better for some time. It always struck me as odd how Hulk #377 3rd print commands such a premium, while the ASM is relatively cheap.

The census numbers are not even close. 45 copies of Hulk #377, including a whopping 16 in 9.4 or better. The ASM by comparison has not a single copy higher than a lone 9.0. The registry would seem to indicate ASM has more 'completionists' than Hulk. I guess the numbers just lie?
