It is about time!

The art of Jack Kirby was featured in Heavy Metal magazine issue 276...only 26 years after his death. The issue is filled with his magnificent Lord Of Light theme park designs, which were used by the CIA to help free American hostages held in Iran in the late 1979. The plan was featured in the movie Argo, but the Kirby part of the film was edited out unfortunately. The magazine also has this beautiful wraparound cover! I submitted two copies of the variant cover and both came back 9.8! Now to find a regular cover at this grade...no easy task. This gem will be placed in my custom set of Bronze Age Jack Kirby. I am hoping to win the best custom set award next year.
