powerpuff

hope somebody will read this and have info.not too long ago i got back an odd book from cgc its action comics 769, it got a qualified grade as well as a note on its manufacturing error, the error being it has powerpuff girls #5 interior pages,well i checked the census and it shows one more action 769 graded under the qualified label.i began to wonder does it have the same problem as mine and if so was this a large scale error that slipped by the dist.well if any other collector has this copy slabbed or not, share any and all info. thanx
