Did I get Robbed...?

I did some research and declare i got ROBBED from someone in CGC

I bought a very nice clean Marvel Spotlight #5 at Mini Mega Con and Directly went too CGC booth along with two other which I got back no problem a Hellboy 1 and Punisher 1 1988. Now for the Marvel Spotlight #5 it's take since MINI MEGA CON in last week of August till well still waiting for it. Called them twice only to get an answer last few days saying they sent it it had off white pages 6.5 WTF. Over ninety days too grade a 6.5 the value of this book went up during that process by like 40%. I felt very uncomfortable during the extra 50 days and no answer from them. Did they lose and just find another one... Did they put it in the back burner and mix it with others. It happen to be Marvel Spotlight #5 I'm just sayin the others ones came in no problem and they were all in the same condition thats why I got it at mega con. Next time I'll take pictures before I send to CGC and pay for the express but man do I feel seriously baked about this situation. I also didn't get good advice from these certified pro's... I should have paid a 1,000 max value fee but the person at the booth didn't advise me too so... you could imagine.
