Uncanny X-men #210 in CGC 9.8 WHITE pages

and I am thinking about releasing the following from my grasp because I either have more duplicates or better graded copies:

Amazing Spiderman #300 in CGC 9.4 WHITE pages

New Mutants #98 in CGC 9.6 WHITE pages (2 copies)

New Mutants #98 in CGC 9.8 OFF-WHITE/WHITE pages

Ultimate Spiderman #1 (direct edition) in CGC 9.8 WHITE pages

Uncanny X-Men #212 in CGC 9.8 WHITE pages

The question is should I sell them for the cash straight up? Or use them as bargining chips in a trade? Market value for all books suggest a total of about $1160. I obviously like the cash option, but, I think i'll lose value in exchange for cash. With a trade, I might be able to get fair replacement value from another collector... what to do what to do?
