Nicolas Cage! Took a long time but worth the wait. It was risky to submit this CGC 9.8 book already signed by Chloe Grace Moretz, but very happy to keep the same grade afterwards. That bottom left corner had me worried.

Got my book back today. I love the signature placement, it really pops. Just need to get Aaron Taylor-Johnson and this one will be done.

I'm waiting on this too. Supposedly the signing happened in Dec 2023. This is an unusually long turn around time for CGC.

Anyone still waiting on Nic Cage books? The signing was supposedly completed in December. Seems to be taking an unusually long time to turn around.

It looks like that back spine is quite rough particularly. You *might* get a 7.0 b/c the back is the worse part, but I'd wage something closer to 6.0 on a modern book. Since this is not a particulary rare or expensive book, and the celebrity signings are, I would look for something a lot better. After a very quick search, I found that g-mart has several copies available for $6.00. They don't advertise grades on their website, but they're almost exclusively stocked with unsold books from their subscription inventory. Every back issue I've purchased there is higher grade than your book, and almost all of them were at least NM. That's easier than scrolling endlessly through ebay to find a high grade copy.
Thank you so much for the information. I ordered 2 copies from G-Mart and hoping for a solid copy. Will also keep checking eBay as well. There’s got to be a 9.0 or better copy out there somewhere.

Hi - I'm thinking about submitting this comic for the Halle Berry signing. I admittedly do not know anything about grading, so would really appreciate the help. The spine of the book is what concerns me the most, especially the back. Wondering if this is even worth submitting at all. Or keep looking for a better book?
I have more close-up pics if needed, but I figure these are some good clear shots. Thanks

Here’s my Pattinson book. Was hoping for a bump to 9.8 but I guess that upper left corner has too much white showing. Still really happy with it.
Also, here’s a JL book I picked up from another collector some months ago. Love this book!

Here’s my latest pickup. Cool sketch and great book, but a little bummed about the Newton rings. I guess I can re-slab when I get around to it.

Also, I received a low grade Hulk 181 today. Would it be crazy to submit it for the Hugh Jackman signing? I know some folks don’t like getting mega keys signed. So wondering if it would actually devalue the book in case I ever needed to resell.

Tom Hardy. Really happy with how this turned out. If Woody Harrelson ever does a signing, it would pair nicely with red ink.

Anyone still waiting for Tom Hardy SS slabs? It seems to be taking unusually long. I know some collectors got theirs back in Dec.

Anyone have any photo covers that they would recommend for Hugh Jackman (as Wolverine)?
I don't have any on hand nor know what it is out there.
A quick eBay search returned some that weren't in that great of condition.I’m going to submit this book. It’s only a 9.4 but since the signing fee is so expensive, I didn’t want to risk sending in a raw book and getting a worse grade.

Any recommendations for a Hugh Jackman cover? Looking for something that is more realistic then comicy
I went with the X-Men 2 movie prequel Wolverine cover from 2003. There are also a couple photo covers from the first movie as well.

Ahhhh...I can't decide on Mad Max #1 or the Bane photo cover for tomorrow!!!
I would choose Mad Max #1, especially if Tom Hardy’s character is on the cover and if you really like the movie.
I was in the same boat: Bane photo cover or Venom #200 Jock variant. I went with Venom because the cover art is so clean.

Did you request the ink colors or did they color coordinate all on their own? Looks nice!
I requested red ink for RDJ. Really happy CGC was able to honor it. I had purchased the book several years ago with Brolin already signed in purple.
