I paid you $17.86 - I got a refund for $16.86 on the 26th. Still missing $1. I am also shorted 42 cents or something. Not that i really care about 42 cents, but it is the principality of the matter. If you really want to make me happy, keep the 42c and ship me the books i ordered free of charge, I can't be held responsible for the fee that I never received. Did you do the refund right?
