Well...i know for a fact 238 can get a blue label. I have one that's a 9.6 blue label noted as incomplete, tattooz missing

Would them missing effect the cost much? Graded or toherwise.

Anyone have knowledge of the tattoos inside the issue of ASM 238, please chime in..... Wondering if the tattos can be re-inserted from another issue if they are missing... Are they stapled in or just slid in between the pages??

P.S. I also think Negan chops off Rick's hand with that hatchet in this episode

I have an invoice received 4/27 It's sitting in encapsulation..... i was told they were in the previous holder and were being put into the newest holder....my guess, that is/was the cause of your delay as well...... even though 2 other invoices received the same day shipped over 2 weeks ago
