Well...i know for a fact 238 can get a blue label.

I have one that's a 9.6 blue label noted as incomplete, tattooz missing

Would them missing effect the cost much? Graded or toherwise.

Anyone have knowledge of the tattoos inside the issue of ASM 238, please chime in.....

Wondering if the tattos can be re-inserted from another issue if they are missing... Are they stapled in or just slid in between the pages??
