First Silver Age issue
Obviously, a lot of things going on with this book.  There is split of 1" or more at the bottom of the spine and there is some rust migration at both staples. The cover is still attached at both staples.  However, the book is complete and, strangely enough, the interior pages are white.

Derek and I spent several weeks working on a deal.  We navigated his vacation and me going through his entire thread (no mean feat) 
Derek was great to work with and when it came time to ship, he shipped quickly, and did a great job boxing up the comics.
A great experience all the way around.  I look forward to doing business with Derek again and I would (highly) recommend him to anybody who asks
