    I recently bought a card from someone that’s Cgc graded card but I just noticed that it is mislabeled.the card matches the cert number and pictures but it says it’s a 1st edition German Charizard cert# 3764685010 but it’s actually a Dutch Charizard card.can I send it to Cgc and get it changed,if so would I have to pay for it.
