  1. I think it was the photo I included from "Training Day" and asking if he needed the boys to come on by with that special scrub brush.
  2. You get a restraining order too? He sent a note stating he's been busy and couldn't respond to any emails since Sunday. I reminded him this is the second time he has listed the book. So, at least he is responding to emails.
  3. I'm sure Mr. O'Barr is rubbing his hands together in excitement already.
  4. You wanna really make me laugh? Somebody win that book for $100 and then the folks that were originally going to bid $1K can send kind notes letting the seller know why they just missed out on a tremendous sale. What a sad person for not even bothering to respond.
  5. That would probably be Charlie ("Grails") he said he placed a bid then sent the seller a question and if he didn't answer in 48 hours he was going to pull his bid. Wonder if that opened the seller's eyes? Probably not.

  7. Well, I see someone yanked their high bid and the Crow 1 went from $405 down to $40, and then rocketed back up to $100.
  8. Written out that sounds WAY cheesier then it did in my head. It's still true though! It thought it was great. Me too!
  9. I really enjoyed A Caliber Christmas myself, I'm glad it was part of your set. Actually, one of the better parts of the story because of Eric remembering back to happier times. Plus, there are a few other great stories in this collection non-Crow focused.
  10. Now it's definitely going above $1K with this many serious bidders. The shame is the seller doesn't deserve it.
  11. They're out there. These books are just closely guarded by collectors. Even when Gary Dolgoff came up with two Crow 4 CGC 9.8 books, that was shocking but the bidding was fierce.
  12. If anyone has that firepower right now, it is William since he has all the books (and then some), and at least one set in 9.6 or better condition. A Crow 1 CGC 9.8 Qualified is only 108 points more than a Crow 1 CGC 9.6 Universal, so not the massive point difference we all would expect. But give Chris another year and I bet he will uncover all the other books in 9.8 condition.
  13. Just emailed it's picture to Jen. She'll probably, keel over upon opening it. Chris is the person I told you about that owned a major piece of original Crow OA. Chris, meet Jerel. Jerel, Chris. Major piece of Crow OA - you get to meet Jerel as well.
  14. I hope if this reboot really does move forward it truly is a success.
  15. See, I told ya you all were going to start comparing scars. And don't make me scratch across this board.
  16. Well, before we start comparing scars, I bet it will be a fight all the way up to $900-$1,100. By the way, did I ever show you this one? Mary Ellen Moffat. She broke my heart.
  17. Wow!! and it still has 5 days to go. Wow! And it still has 5 days to go. Wait a minute...did someone say that already? Yogi, tell 'em. It's deja vu all over again.
  18. I eat ninjas for breakfast . Jerel, I am so glad you made the decision to finally join.
