Has this been posted? A strikethrough indicates that the book has been reviewed by CGC. If the book’s grade is determined to be correct, it is given a new certification number at no charge to the customer. If the book’s grade is determined to be incorrect, it is directed to our claims team for further processing. All books on this list were removed from the CGC Census. If they were checked, determined to have a correct grade and given a new certification number, then are then re-added to the CGC Census as normal after shipping. Any book that has been determined to have an incorrect grade is still at CGC with our claims team and therefore does not appear in the CGC Census. It is possible that some of the claims will be partly dispositioned by re-grading the book and returning it to the customer. If that happens, the book will be given a new certification number and re-added to the CGC Census as normal after shipping.

The team has asked what color/variant is this book, as the picture isn't very clear? I can make an adjustment that will allow everyone to hide their posts. The problem is, all of the OP"s can hide their thread. I am sure most here would be upset if threads with 500 to 1000 pages were no longer visible.

The problem is, our Senior Site Reliability Engineer is no longer employed with the company. I am hoping a replacement will be found.

So, CGC has not been able to get my access to the Invision forum restored. Also, the only person we have to fix forum problems is me.

I looked at the recent census numbers for this book and there are now eleven 9.8s of the Second Printing/Blue Foil edition (was previously at 0 a few weeks ago). I’ll wager that most of these, if not all, are the green second printing like the eBay auction above. Is there anything that can be done about this? Is it possible to send the scans of the graded examples to people who know the difference and get it changed in the registry? I’m sure myself and @RockMyAmadeus can help you guys out I understand your frustration. This post was sent to the team as well. I have made a push to look deeper into this before it gets out of hand.

We have made multiple attempts with DC to get a signed contract for custom labels. To date, none have been successful.

Here's info regarding the online submission form problem: I have put in a urgent ticket with MX to get this looked at and fixed ASAP. It does appear to simply be a glitch and the orders do appear to be completing though so the customers should be ok to send their orders as normal as long as the packing slip is showing up when they look in their carts. I will update you as soon as I have any new information and/or when a fix has been made. Thanks!

Hi I have been told that this is a program issue that has not been resolved. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon. Mike

It appeared that the web team was unaware that this was happening, when I notified them about this yesterday. If you or anyone affected by this would like to PM me your name and customer id number, I expect that it would aid the team in locating and fixing the problem.

It's hard for me to tell. I send everything to our database specialist with only the user id that made the request. (no dates) I do this to make it as clean for him as possible. When I receive the decision from him, it is in a different e-mail. If one is not listed here, all I can do is send it in again when I send another batch.

Yes. Other problems exist as well. I didn't appreciate the President of CCG forwarding me an e-mail with question marks he got regarding reported content. All of the admins at CGC got them. Part of my tool box was missing for days. I think the problem people are having with their phone and posting pics was caused by this "update." Anyhow, I have reopened the ticket and demanded a meeting with Invision...

I did copy and paste both your and i8beef's posts into the e-mail that I originally started about your missing book. I also mentioned the switch that needed to take place, and i8beef will still have 3 missing books. I was not asked for any more info. The operations manager told me this: "The team has been looking into these to get them back to their original submitters."

After meeting with the IT guys, they contacted Invision. Here is what they said: "Invision has gotten back to us about the ability to hide posts and here is what they said: "Unfortunately, no - the Topics options applies to both entire topics as well as individual posts. There is no way to do one or the other." So it looks like there is no way for users to hide JUST their posts. Sorry for the inconvenience." Gee, I could have sworn that we could edit just posts at one time. Also, because of a company wide e-mail address change, I have been denied access to their forum. I will tell IT that only Invision is 100% wrong, as only posts were able to be hidden previously since February 2017. I am not sure it will have a positive ending.

Yes. In the upper right side of your post are 3 dots. Click on them, and a drop down menu will appear, and an edit option will appear. Currently, there is a problem with the hide option. However, you can erase the post and just add a dot. Or, you can just edit your first post. That will give you the option to edit the title. You could post "Closed" and start a new thread. Just keep it at 3 or less topics on the first page.

Myself and dbcn have an ongoing e-mail with a customer service rep. Customer service will handle this with him.
