We do have this thread. You might have to do a little math due to the age of the thread. But, it will give you an idea for this forum.

While we do allow criticism, everything has it's limits. Keep this in mind, or you may be banned from this topic. This just happened to one person. It could have been worse, as continuous name calling of CCG staff or our company could result in being banned. In other words, if your sole purpose here is to bash our company and/or promote our competitors, you may be escorted to the door. Demanding us to do better is one thing. Name calling and constant trashing is another. I am hoping that this one action that I have taken will be the last. I am not seeing this with most everyone else but, I thought I would post this to prevent any others from being banned from this topic or worse. Please do not dwell on what I have posted, as it is not up for discussion and could result in posts being removed.

That was quick - numbers now appear in census! Late for this auction, but this capability is really handy when interested in a book. It was fixed this morning. The invoice had not been marked “shipped” in our system, so they were not showing up on the lookup.

pastandpresentcomics pointed out that I gave him a 6.5 in my results post instead the 6.0 grade he gave the last book. He still has 4 points and is the first place winner, but I thought I would let everyone know that I made a clerical error which I have edited.

Unfortunately, counterfeit – and, relatedly, tampered – products have become an issue that many companies and consumers now face. Bad actors seek illegitimate profits by creating knockoffs of well-known, trusted and valuable brands. The 350 books identified by CGC on 1/3/24 are in a different category because they were submitted to CGC for reholder after being tampered with, and we did not detect the tampering at the time. We still want to know about other counterfeit or tampered with CGC holders because we will aggressively pursue these bad actors to the fullest extent of the law. We are committed to taking the appropriate steps to prevent counterfeiting (and tampering), and we will take legal action against those who attempt it. CCG strongly advises prospective buyers to do their research and buy from reputable sources. CGC offers the free Verify CGC Certification tool on its websites to help collectors and dealers verify CGC-certified collectibles. In addition, collectors can use the CGC Dealer Locator to find CGC Authorized Dealers.
