To Whom It May Concern, I have multiple orders - please see pic below that show as completed. For many of them there were both Modern and Economy Books. I believe I have received the Modern books but I have not received any of the Economy books and based on the listed turnaround times on your site I should have received them graded by now. To Whom It May Concern, I have numerous submissions where there were both Economy and Modern books in a given submission. An example of this is CGC0191480265 (which is seen as the oldest submission in the screenshot below) this submission had 10 modern books and 1 economy book. All of the modern books have been graded and returned to me but the Economy book has not. I understand that they have different turn around times but based on the turn around times listed on the website I suspect I should have received the economy book by now. It may be that it is still being graded, but I began being concerned when I looked up the status of all of the orders and they are listed as "complete" even though I have not received any of the economy books. Any update would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I have multiple submissions in that are still waiting to be graded, but I may be moving soon. Since the return address in my order may no longer be valid what would the process be to get my graded books sent to a different address?

Your web site instructions for shipping comic books only covers the procedure for if one is using the official CGC shipping kits (which are both backordered at this time). Are comic book shipments still accepted if they are packaged without using the official CGC comic book shipping kits? If they are still accepted what are the minimum requirements for how the comic books are to be packaged? Any information would be greatly appreciated - thank you.
