  1. I mean I understand but the packages are insured. All books were crunched on the same corner, should have been obvious. Would be nice (I know they are busy), but would be nice if they spot something obvious to reach out to the customer and say hey, we think there is a problem do you want us to continue. I mean those books were badly damaged and they are modern age comics. I know older more valuable comics can still be worth serious money even in mid grades. Either way, lesson learned. I will double box from here on out but a lot of people spend hundreds sometimes thousands a month grading. When you Fast Track them that is a big ouch!!! Common sense would say hey, the box is damaged maybe we need to inspect and notify the customer. But I get it, my responsibility. I will just send 25 at a time and pre-screen.
  2. I recently received back two comics from CGC. I have never had issues with CGC before but I do not believe that these are the comics I sent in. They are both severely damaged. I pressed the comics myself, I would have never sent these in for grading much less sent them in on the Fast Track tier. This is very disappointing, I have heard similar stories on You Tube and other internet sites but never have experienced issues. I guess it's possible there was damage to the box during shipping but either way it's a huge disappointment and a waste of money.
