Recent find,..seemed harder to find than #93. in HG

Thanks!! I was at the CoMicCON in Toronto, intending to look for TTA books, and ran across, this gem! Old label, also X-men app earance. Trimpe art! Also found a nice raw TTA 60, and FF #112

A new find, and a new set to collect I'd like to put together a run from 1-6 in 9.0 or better!

Recent finds....

I've managed to find a few PC's, most recently the #110, and #114... With Ped's..there nice when you can find them,.. Found few new ones recently Bought a large run of Winnepeg's last summer mostly #200-300- most in 9.8 grades, and one or 2 in 9.6- Bowling green- #159-9.8 I found last year. Don-Rosa- #165 9.6 Boston TTA # 76 9.8 Northland- TTA #58 9.4 There are a bunch of Firelake Ped's In the Clink auction. I even looked in the top ten "Incredible Hulk #102-#474" collectors census,..and didn't see a #121, graded above 9.4, and only 1 or 2 @9.0. Sorry about the Copper, and Bronze age infusion!! SA brethren!!

Recent additions,...still have 103, and 104..to find.. Question?..i've been searching for issues 119-121,...there are a few 119's, and 120's in 9.6 grades,..#121, has only 1 copy at 9.8,..no 9.6's..and a few 9.4's,..could this be the most elusive issue,..in the first 20 issues #102-#122 run??

From an earlier post...here is a 4th copy..of #93..white pages. 9.6.been in my possession for about a year!!

Nice one cgcworld,...real beauty!!! I found a top census book recently,!! As well as a sweet 9.6 copy of Subby #34- Prelude to 1st Defenders story. A recent upgrade from a 9.0 copy I found on E-bay a couple of years ago!!

BHF,..not really sure what my end goal, is,..finish IH 102-200 at least in 9.6 or better, haven't checked, to see if the entire run exists in 9.6, for all issues. Eventually finish the entire run from 102-474, in 9.6 or better, if every issue, has been submitted,..still compiling the data!! Including Annuals. Secondary, TTA run firstly, 59-101, again in 9.6 or better..later to complete, 1-58, in hopefully best quality avail! Long term goal,..could take a lifetime to finish this set..in NM/M quality I picked up a number of IH 200-300, all 9.6 or better issues from Doug,..all Winnipeg Ped's..Plus Annual #7, Most difficult issues to find and aquire seem to be 120-160, seems to be a real void out there of these issues in HG, graded!

First sub-#59 book for me..I know its a 9.4...but there are only 2 9.4's...no 9.6's..and only 2 9.8's It is a Northland pedigree!!

I've a;ways loved this cover...all ways makes me think of Marvel Comics #1..not sure why?? Recent addition!!..white pages...for you virgin white page freaks!! Love this 59-101 run!!

Silver Surfer cross over...hard book to find in HG

My earliest books.. With regards to #77, there is only 1 book registered at 9.8, and 1 at 9.6!! A rare find indeed!! Enjoy...I am looking for my scan of #93..

For historical significance it has to be #59, first and formost. After that I'd say; #60 Hulk on-going begins, #70 Sub-mariner joins the title. #77 Hulk identity revealed for the first time. #93 First Silver Surfer cross-over outside FF. #90 First Abomination #101 Last issue #82 Iron man cross-over Brasseyes, I would think #91 would be right behind #90, with the Abomination and hulk plastered on the cover, but we'll see. Might follow the IH 180-182 Phenomenon , with Wolverine!. Yes #77 is slippery little devil to find in HG. As is #101. B. The quest continues... ..oh i've found a few more scans to share!!
