  1. We're used to getting our submissions in half the time the turnaround states. Please address this. The only responses we've received are "We're backed up", "The hurricane affected everything", and "We were closed for Labor Day". If they're permanent, just plase let us know so we can plan around it without feeling angry or annoyed.
  2. Thank you! CGC should email this to everyone that has a submission open, because it's been a week and doesn't look like they're gonna do anything about it.
  3. How long until it's fixed and we can access our submissions? It happened on Monday.
  4. I can't access my grades or submissions. The submissions numbers are black and unclickable.
  5. We haven't heard anything about what's going on with your turnaround times. Can you at least please let us know if these long turnarounds are permanent? A lot of us aren't submitting anything until we know what's going on with our cards. Thanks.
  6. Can't access my submissions, they were all switched to 'scheduled for grading'. This glitch happened a few weeks ago too. Just making sure y'all are aware.
  7. Economy submission delivered 8/9, received 8/10, moved to grading 8/28. Hopefully will ship 9/5. Bulk submission delivered 8/17, marked as received 8/22, has not been checked in or scheduled for grading. The best part about CGC was the turnaround times. I wish we would've been sent an email or something saying short turnaround times are being discontinued.

  10. No this has not ever been the standard. I'm having the same issue as OP. I've sent 2 emails with no responses. We'd like our issues fixed. That's what we're here for.
  11. Hello. I was rank 1 since launch. I had over 230,000 points. I searched google images, messaged online sellers for their listings' cert numbers, typed random numbers into the add card section and followed the sequence, and searched other users' cards to follow their sequence. I have received transfer requests for cards that I legitimately own. I am not the only one. I guarantee that over 50% of the registry users have illegitimate entries. At launch, it was said that contests will be held for users with the most points. This can not happen until this problem is fixed. But unfortunately, it can not be fixed because certification numbers are as public as their owners want them to be. I won't be responding or coming back to this topic, as there's no reason for me to. What I did is done. I got banned with all my cards being removed. The cards I do own IRL are up for grabs and will certainly be falsely claimed by other users. The registry is based on an honor system, according to CGC. But unless the cert numbers need to be approved and matched with your submissions, I don't see a way to stop it. Maybe y'all have suggestions. Good day.
