    I don't mind the multiple variants except when it's the same cover recolored. Such as The Ride: Burning Desire #1. There were four store virgin variants that only changed the background color. That's just lazy.

    They really need to stop saying this. They don't get to decide what is , "OK". We do. Customers. In facebook groups, people joke about it now and it seems to be getting a lot more common again. Hard to defend them.

    Scanners just don't do foil covers justice. Left is scan/right is camera. Obviously the scan is more clear and less glare but I couldn't get it to look close to what the books actually appear.

    It's inconvenient, of course, to send the back but I'm ok with it if I don't get hassled every time I get some slabs with NRs. At first, I think I spoke to 5-6 employees that told me, "No. It is what it is. NRs are normal and acceptable." Until I finally got to Brittany. This last batch, I kept her out of it to see if things had changed, and there was no hassle to send back.

    If you call them and ask about ToTs, they tell you specifically the website isn't accurate and to always call for current ToTs.
