  1. My ebay Some leftover from my previous sales thread. Free shipping to boardies on auctions started today. PM with interest on others Thanks!
  2. You will probably make more profit donating them and writing it off.
  3. The skinny one isn't different than the new/new case. The thicker was just used for bigger books I believe.
  4. After bringing the slab thickness issue to Brittany's attention, they will now re holder them at no charge.
  5. There are two thickness sizes. I'm guessing because of the thinner cases, the pressure causes those slabs to produce more of the prism look.
  6. I just got 15 books back and all are in the new/new thicker case and ALL are acceptable. Everyone one I have that is unacceptable is in the new/new thinner slab. Boom.
  7. All the previous gen slabs did have some of it but not even close to the new ones.
  8. I just received a reply from Brittany that the books are an acceptable amount of prism effect and they will not re-holder for free anymore. Also, past gen slabs had the same amount of it.
  9. So I just went through all my new slabs. Even the ones that were sent in to be reslabbed months ago and were fixed, have redeveloped large amounts of the Newton effect. So frustrating.
  10. The slabs that have a large amount of Newton is a quality control issue. Although they can't be eliminated 100% , I have sent many back that were beyond normal and they came back 90% better.
  11. I think we should just let Charles Bronson R.I.P....I mean he DID make like 12,000 Death Wish movies. Oops. Brosnan*
  12. It's possible but they "check" each book when reholdering to make sure it maintains the original grade. I've had reholders say graded and they have come back the same.
