  1. I was just advised that the credit can be applied to reholdering a comic by a CGC person.
  2. I have other comics that can get graded and use up the credit plus more, I’m sure.
  3. Thank you. I read in this forum that reholdering costs were not covered under the 150 membership. Glad I asked again.
  4. Actually, one more question, if you can be so kind as to answer. I see there is a 149.00 membership which has a 150.00 credit. If I join at that level, will the 150. credit be utilized to pay for reholdering, handling and shipping back?
  5. Just to clarify. I have to be a PAID member to do this? The seller refunded in full, so I will be doing this. Last question… once I complete the order and I assume pay for reholdering, handling and shipping back. How many days do I have to pack and get it shipped? Asking, because I’d make the order today/tomorrow and pack and mail by Wednesday. Doi have a grasp of how this works?
  6. It’s a 9.8. . Cost 52.00. . Is this going to cost 20 plus 2 insured priority shippings ( approx 45.00). Just trying to figure out whether to keep it or not and looking for real information on the further investment this book will take to get back to what I thought I was buying. Seller has yet to respond .
  7. Just received an improperly packed CGC signature series modern comic and case is cracked and has corner damages. Comic looks unaffected. What am I looking at in costs to reholder this comic, and what is the method and process? From what I see , reholdering is $20.00 . I’m guessing it’s my responsibility to ship it to CGC, AND do I pay CGC to ship it back to me? How does it all work? I started the order process but it looks like I’m choosing to send a comic for grading and says once I make the choice I can’t change it. I’m basically looking to find out total cost so I can decide whether to keep this book or tell seller I didn’t buy a busted case graded book and the original cost is what it’s going to cost to make it right with a new case. Can you explain or tell me where to read up on this?
