  3. BTW, there are a couple of sites where you can ask this question in the privacy of your own home. I use Is it down for everyone or just me?

  12. Still looks good to me. I would suggest using CamScanner on your smartphone to "square" up such pictures.
  13. @awayne83, congrats on your pickups. For what it's worth, if you use apps like CamScanner on your smartphone, you can get pictures that don't suffer from the skew that comes with most photographs.
  14. Really good read by the way. Thanks for sharing. When I buy art, I tell my kids I'm squandering their inheritance - it's no joke. It's probably better than spending it on going to dinner or a movie, but not much.
  15. How about the development of a cover. I don't own any of this art, but he various pieces showed up about the same time so I collected them. Click to see a bigger image and to see the individual scans. Marie Severin on layouts Kirby on pencils Frank Giacoia on inks Printed cover

  17. Some fun pieces from Charlotte’s HeroesCon 2019 Sandman by Colleen Doran (she’s great with a pencil, in my Artist's Choice sketchbook) Sheldon Mayer and his Creations by Dave Aikins (remarkable, in my Sheldon Mayer sketchbook) Almost by Lee Weeks (print with remarque, my wife saw this print and had to have it, astounding) Black Orchid by Luke Daab (a Sheldon Mayer co-creation in my Sheldon Mayer sketchbook)
  18. I had to spend two weeks in Raleigh, NC for work. I could have flown home, but it would have been a very short trip so I decided to stay over the weekend. Turns out HeroesCon was right in the middle so I spent the weekend in Charlotte. I'll post about the weekend later, but today I want to show how I squandered by children's inheritance (again).
