Same problem for me

They just started adding the "Newsstand" information recently to any NEW books graded. Past books that are Newsstand need to be reholdered to add the Newsstand attribute to the book. Otherwise both Direct and Newsstand get bucketed together. Examples... This is an old book that isn't listed in "Newsstand" even though it is one: https://comics.www.collectors-society.com/WCM/ComicView.aspx?PeopleSetComicID=1410213 And here is one that says "Newsstand" because it was recently graded: https://www.ebay.com/itm/255923101867 So the census isn't going to show any Newsstand copies until people get them reholdered.

I'm still having this problem even though it's Wednesday. Same error. The certs appear on the Verify CGC Cert page when I type in the number, but I can't add them to the Registry still.

I can't add the following new Certs to my custom set either: 4278766001 4278766002 4278766003 Note that these are new comics (no one has ever graded them before) so maybe they haven't hit the system yet? The rest of the certs in my 15 book shipment worked fine though. The error I get is: Unable to locate the comic based on the certification number. Please try again.

Thank you so much!! I have been ordering 3x-5x of each book just to make sure I can get a 9.6+ grade. It's cost me a lot of money and time, but it's been so much fun and well worth it. These last 11 or so books have been tough to get upgraded on the grades... as old stock dries up, finding some random Issue 8, Cover B (for example) in the condition of a 9.6+ is HARD! I know my collection is rather obscure. For me it's zero about investment (because honestly most of the books aren't worth more than what it costs to grade them beside a handful of them). Just about the pure enjoyment of collecting what I love

Same problem for me. I have over $3000 in submissions and need to update my credit card. I cant get ahold at anyone at CGC when trying to call the Accounting department. Did anyone get a reply from the email address?
