A big part of this is most likely the fact that you aren't a regular customer. Why would this shop owner want a one time customer to buy up all his stock andpiss off his regular $40-50 week customers because they can't get the hot book. Long term sustained revenue beats short term burst in every sustainable business model.

That whole issue was full of awesome. Loved the interaction between the family. This issue just reaffirmed my belief that Chew has some of the best cliff hangers/last pages being published right now.

not that impressed... Only made it halfway through last night before the wife made me turn it off because it was "going to give [her] nightmares". My biggest complaint so far about the show in general is that AT&T U-Verse doesn't offer AMC in HD.

Loved the overreaching plot movement in this issue.
