i have seen worse 6.5 and better 6.5  so i would hazard a guess at 6.5

5.5 to 6.0  to many CB creases  but the press helps a lot

with the other pics i to am leaning 1.5   front presents way better.

Very nice book to have.  i have a similar raw one too.   I looks like as is around 9.0.  with a press could get up there.  Agree with the above statement it doesnt look like it needs to be cleaned

That is some beautiful work.  

with a press and clean maybe 4.0  as is 3.0

you could press out the indents on the back  you could maybe get  9.4 or better

9.0  maybe

3.5 - 4.0  tape pull and the bc crease on the right side hurt.  it is a lovely book though

cant tell if that is a tear on the top edge

the 5 3 would have no effect on the grade looks like a date stamp.   
the pics are blurry making it hard to see any defects but going on the pic the front top right corner looks rounded or blunt and same with the bottom corner right.  
that being said i would hazzrd a guess about 8.0.
