Yup. If they are forum members you need to deal with them about it first. Another option would be to post scans of the books in the grading section and ask for grade input and take your discussion from there. I don't see any reason to make a private transaction public unless you are being defrauded. R. I have contacted the seller and will away a reply. I don't want a refund or send them back was just let down.

Where can someone post a concern about some books that they (me) got. Grade was below what was expected g to maybe vg books recieved with brown pages and was told a couple vg and the rest fine.

No contact whatsoever. I know of someone that tried to contact him through his myspace page with no results, and this was just a few days ago while Gilberto was online. I was willing to give him a little leeway at first but it just appears now that he took everyone's comics/money. That's just really sad. I received the one book from him in late September, a little over a month after I paid for it. Thinking back on it, however, there were some warning signs that I should have given more credence to. Just was reading this thread for the first time and came across this post. If anyone has found this guy would you let me know please. I have a couple of friends at Comicbookrealm that are looking for him to., on deals that he has reneged on. Got their cash and they got the silent treatment. i am only 3 books away from a complete ASM vol 1. issue 3,6,20. i also have all the annuals and king&giant size. I collected the major of them back in the 80's to 93 then got out. got back into collecting in 2006 and finished up the later issues upto 441. i have yet to cgc any of my collection as im in the process of rebaging and boarding right now. i have to many fav covers to remember. cookie
