So I think I got very good news (fingers crossed) on one of my recent submissions that is now in quality control. I got an e-mail from CGC to notify me they had moved one of my comics from the Standard Tier to Express tier and were charging me the difference. Have many of you had this happen? Can you tell me about your experience? Do they only adjust when there is a drastic difference or does it happen much when they think the value is closer like $1,050, are they going to bump me up? The comic i had submitted was Amazing Spider-man 135. I thought it was in very good condition and worth maybe 400-500 raw and was pretty surprised that it was bumped up. Thanks, Justin

Thanks but this more than a mechanical error. Will the damage to comic be repaired? This sticker/white out whatever it is was not on the comic when submitted, furthermore it was not noted in the grading, will it be removed if I submit it this way, is there somewhere to make note of this? Is return shipping to CGS Covered by CGS? Thanks, Justin

Hello, I just received one of my submissions back and there are some issues with the final product. There is what appears to be a piece of white sticker on the front which was not there when submitted. It could not have been on the comic when graded as it would have brought grade down and appeared on notes. I will attach a picture. Additionally the printed paper/comic identifier is very crooked and the sleeve seems to be somewhat loose and not completely glued together (can feel movement and hear creeking when lightly squeezed). Is this normal for these oversized/magazine holders? I am surprised this would have passed quality control. Order #CGC2345006654 Submission #4067435 Thanks, Justin

Hi, What is the average amount of time from when shipments are created/uploaded into the system and actually picked up/dropped off with USPS. I thought items are sent priority which normally take 2-3 days per USPS website. CGC5351062234 4077495 This order says it was shipped 6/30. Also CGC2345006654 4067435 This order says it was shipped 7/5 but is still showing its in Sarasota FL. Thanks.

Thanks for you time guys. I am planing to sell this book and there is tape along the spine. I am not sure if I should have this removed or not, from what I am reading it seems that I should not remove it unless I plan on keeping it long term.

thanks Matt. Can you check another submission and make sure there is not a problem with CGC2345006654. 4067435. This one showed a status of Quality Control/Finalized but has now reverted back to Grading/Quality Control. I have multiple (11 Submissions) should there be any concern with these other submissions? I just want to make sure they don't sit because of the accounting software glitch. Thanks, Justin

Thanks. What was the problem? Nobody had ever even reached out to me, I even called in to verify there were no issues and was told everything was fine. Confusing to say the least.

Hello, Can you confirm the status of an EX submission that has been sitting in CCS. I was surprised originally as it was an EX submission but it did not enter the system until 3-4 days after receipt. Order #CGC1525371456 Submission #4073521 Also I have an order thats been sitting for a while in grading/quality control (from my past experience once it got into that status it was sent out fairly quickly but haven't seen any movement for a bit. Hi, Can you let me know if I need to update my credit card information? It looks like there is a button that is not highlighted that says to update my CC Info but the info should be the same on my CC as when I submitted. Thanks Jennifer for the prompt response. When I track it on your website it shows it has been delivered and is secure. When I go to the USPS site and track the package it changed this morning and now says that "Delivery was attempted and action needed". Is there any way that you can confirm what day it was picked up? I know USPS website can be slow but the status change had me concerned. Especially since it was an Express submission, I would think this would get updated in the system relatively quickly. Hi, I sent out an Express submission early last week which showed Delivered by USPS (tracking number is 9406103699300024554336) but it still shows as not picked up by CGS. The order number is CGC1525371456. I just wanted to check status as normally when I send USPS to the PO Box I always see it is picked up right away. Thanks, Justin

What happened to this date that used to be displayed under services and fee's? If I am correct it would say that you were opening boxes/packages received the week of... It seems to have disappeared. Does that mean everything is being opened once it has been received? Thanks
