Searched for this and something came up in the forum addressing this about a year and change ago, stating an update would be released. Is there any word on this currently ? Thanks a bunch for giving this a look.

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this. I recently submitted 6 cards with a combined declared value of 520$. Im a premium member with 150$ credit, had it moved to the “cards” side of the house for CGC. All that jazz. CGC fixed the issue via phone literal minutes after opening and wound up starting my day with the issue not only solved quickly, but had a few laughs. I say it in my customer service reviews all the time - CGC hires some of the best and brightest. Edits: I came back to this when I wasn’t already dealing with some of life’s other curveballs. I appreciate the quick assist here. Thank you again!

Quick background, & thanks for the read: Recently found childhood Pokedex Card Binder withh ALL of the goodies from the baseset, trainer cards, etc. Very well kept and all cards sealed in soft sleeve within heavy binder sleeve. 2 years on, now just seeing replies (didn’t read anything to the end but I get the gist 😂😂). Turns out I, like many new collectors out there, wildly mis valued my cards. Now being a bit more seasoned, I can say I’ve had nothing but the BEST service with CGC. If there ever happened to be an issue, they solved it right on the spot. Super glad I signed in and saw this, now much more informed. Sheesh.
