@MattM CS Is this the right venue for an update or should I be contacting someone else? I'm counting 34 business days and 10 business days since they were almost finished pressing.

@MattM CSfollowing up on this. It’s a Standard submission and we’re over 30 business days since the CCS in process update and 8 days since they were almost finished pressing. Please advise.

I sent in my first submission a couple of weeks ago and I checked my credit card statement to see what was charged. The full amount that was quoted to me at submission is the amount that was charged on my statement. Can someone look into this? I'd like to upgrade my membership to the Elite tier from the Premium tier when it comes up for renewal next month and want to ensure that all credits are applied before I renew.
