Yep, you've mentioned that a couple of times already in this thread In the vast majority of cases, when it comes to later printings, rare (eg. lower print run) does not equal desirable. Feel free to bring up the Batman 608 2nd print again, but that's the exception, not the rule. dang it.. you're right. It guess it all depends on the series as whole. i know everyone keeps ref the Bats 608 but that book also had a different cover which made it more interesting.

Well it broke the $2000 mark - I'm going to blame you!!!! Interesting. I wouldn't pay anything close to that myself when a nice 9.6 can be had for under $300, but I'm glad overall. Maybe this sale and the release of an actual full-length trailer for the movie can stir up a little interest in the books, which have otherwise been in free-fall (at least certified copies) for the better part of the last year. it didnt break 2g!
