I have a similar issue but not with an older book. I sent in an 30 anniversary Adam Hughes cover for signature. They graded it a 9.8 and as they’re sealing it on the inner plastic container they tore the corner and even left it on there. They left it a 9.8 which clear it’s no longer that .
