It sucks but it's not a personal vendetta against you by CGC or some great crime. It's just the (crappy) norm now.

I paid for the fastest turnaround time

I did everything they asked me to do

I’m especially frustrated mainly because this can be potentially a $50,000 book if graded high! (It is in fantastic condition) 
 

If I paid for a 5 day return, I expect it to be back in 5 days! There is 0 chance they are this backed up! If I don’t see it graded on my account in the next few hours, I will be contacting my lawyer. It is not Jens fault! She shouldn’t have to deal with this! 

When I submitted my magazine, there was  a 5 business day WK turnaround time. It has been a month! Please grade my order today! You keep saying that you will check on my order, but no updates. I feel like I have been robbed!

Jen, I know this is not your fault! I’m mad that other people in the company are not doing their job. Coming from a business standpoint, this is my first time submitting. Do you think this would want to submit to you guys again? My order is almost 3 weeks overdue.

This is getting ridiculous! When I submitted my magazine for WK, the turnaround time was 5 business days. Now, the turnaround time is 11 business days. I’ve been waiting on my magazine for 3 weeks and no progress has been done. This is my first time submitting to CGC and I’m starting to think that they lost my order or it has been stolen. Please be honest with me about my order and tell me what’s really going on. I’m just very frustrated.
