I agree that buying the bags and the boards from the same manufacturer will help fix the issue. Also, make sure that both the bag and the board are slightly bigger – it will make packaging much easier and fit better as well. Try 72hours.ca, I used their Mylar bags on several occasions and was always pleased with the quality, and they have the 7-inch bags and boards you are looking for. Also, I never encountered problems with their sizes as they were precisely the advertised size.
