Today is a good day in comicdom for me. The postman brought me Aquaman 19 which completes my SA Aquaman run now I can start in the upgrade mode. Then the Fedex man brought a lot of Kirby goodness! The Hawkman is an upgrade and finishes a time payment WOOHOO More money to put toward other time payments now . I really need to start selling my duplicates. The Teen Titans and DC Special presents... are board purchases.

Thought I'd show off my two newest additions to my Wonder Woman collection.

Finished paying off a time payment the end of last month and the books arrived today! I'm definitely in heaven. The Wonder Woman's fill in missing books and the Hawkman is an upgrade.

Here are my three just back from the CGC. I just cracked the box open last night. Was hoping for better but hey I'll take what I can get!

I've done a search and couldn't get anything to come up so I'm hoping someone here will be able to give me a few pointers. How do you spot that staples have been cleaned? Thanks!

Like the Wonder Woman nut that I am I bought the two-disc special edition of the Animated movie that DC put out. Can't say I was thrilled with the animated movie they did. Way too much deviation from the traditional origins etc. But the documentaries on the second disc were excellent. They made it worth while. Anyone else seen them?

The bedrock copy is so low grade it makes that look like a 9.6. I've had 3, the first one had no cover AND someone actually shot it with a gun...probably a bb gun, I hope... So, your's CAN't possible be worse than that;) I do own the Gator copy now;) Mine does have a cover. Water stained, ripped up and loose...but a cover. Refresh my memory on this "Gator" pedigree. Probably one of my favorite books, although my scanner does not do slabs well (and since I don't have that many, it usually doesn't matter;) If you ever sell that one Sharon I want first dibs!! That's a beauty! sorry...I have a clause with sharon that any book that goes from me to her (directly or indirectly) I get first shot back at But you already have so many lovely lovely books can't we all share? I guess that just means I'll have to get you to sell me some of your beauties as they come up for sale

:news:Just had to share my newest addition to my Wonder Woman collection. I was thrilled to finally add a Wonder Woman 7 to the collection! I'm figuring a G/VG grading for this one at this point to MAYBE a low VG- but my conservative side is getting the better of me and heading towards a G/VG. Pages range from white to off-white, centerfold well attached at both staples. Moderate cover gloss still which was surprising. One page inside has a 1 inch tear. [/img] [/img]
