It took a total of 3 business days (excluding Sat. + Sun. + Memorial Day) from when they opened my package to when I got my grades, can view the images online, and it is marked shipped. 1 day for receiving and logging my submission, 1 day for grading, and 1 day for QC and shipping. I am extremely happy with the grades I got too! This is also the first time I have ever used CGC. It was super fast and my cards look really good in the cases in the images they took. I'm very satisfied.
