Ok guys I had to come on here after I heard about this thread. I am very sorry for all of this. I know I messed up and let some of the things I need to ship go WAY too long and without communication after I got back from Michigan. I was basically embarassed and just wanted to PM everyone individually this weekend and get everything out this coming week and refunds if needs be on friday when I get paid. Please don't hold this against my girlfriend...this has absolutely nothing to do with her. If anything she just yelled at me and told me I have to go on here and fix everything. Like I said, mostly just embarassed so I stayed away until I had the means to ship everything. Not going to go into the entire thing about why my life halfway sucks but with both of us losing our cars, it's been a struggle just to get both of us to work. And with bills and an upcoming court date for some old collections debt, I've just been depressed and trying to figure everything out. Things are looking a lot better though and without my girlfriend I'd literally have nothing good going on right now. I will PM everyone I still owe and get this settled with tracking numbers this week. I have no intentions of ripping anyone off and running...like where am I going to run? I really have no interest in this forum after getting this taken care of but my girlfriend does, and I don't want to ruin it for her. So please, if you guys can be gracious enough to give me this week to fix things, I promise you will won't be discussing this anymore very soon other than to say it's all set. Again very very sorry. I don't want to bore people with details of woe so I'll leave it at that. Hope when I get this squared away I can be forgiven.

Hi guys..very sorry for what happened. It's been an absolute nightmare lately and if it wasn't for the best damn girlfriend in the world i'd be lost!!! I won't bore anyone with the story of why we;'ve been off the grid with not even access to a phone for over 8 days, but the story is absurd. I am in the process of shipping stuff out today and emailing people. I'm so sorry to everyone!

I talked to Matt on the phone last night and he didn't even mention Yannis. We were talking about another tec coming up for auction. Sounds like he's moved on.

No offense intended, Dan, but you were the one that brought this to everyone's attention in the first place. You started this conversation, but you or I or anyone else can no more control its direction than you can steer a train. I started it for Matt..when Matt wanted it over with, I backed away and let it be over with. I didn't just randomly start this thread to cause a disruption..Matt wanted me to put it into words better than he could. Otherwise this is NOT my thread. You're right about losing control of it...I will agree to that.

I started a thread to help a friend out and get answers. If you guys wanna put him on the probation thread than by all means go for it. I just have more important things to worry about in life. We can protect other members, I agree... But most people don't even read the probation list nor will a newbie know to look there. So he'll still sell books.

I don't understand how this whole thing is on the minds and agenda of boardies that this didn't even happen to. I think this should of been left up to Matt. I can't see how anyone can let something like this consume their lives when it didn't even happen to them (not talking about Bosco). There are just more important things and people get really carried away. This thread was nearly dead..lets move on!

My first Pre-code horror comic!!!! The addiction begins officially when I pick up this badboy on Friday from a boardie. I saw this on CKBs wall at the Boston con and between what Kingsley and I had already spent on comics that day, we couldn't get all the money together. I told him I would PM him after the con, and if it was still around, i'd take it. Lucky for me no one grabbed it.

I don't think Batman should have to give up the book nor do I think Matt would even accept.

Bat-man's name is Alex right? I'm sorry but I can no longer refer to him as Batman. Just because you're the first person to pick a user name on a message board, does not give you the right to be called Batman! I'm halfway joking....but seriously, it IS awkward calling him that every post. He seems like a nice guy, but where the hell is he? That was NOT a smart move hiding in a bunker and hoping that the smoke clears. Kind of cowardly if you ask me. Yannis...I don't know you, but that final post really didn't seem to apologetic. You didn't want this thread here because it hurt your rep and you had to do damage control..other than that, I really don't you ever cared that you pulled a book from someone that sold some of his comics and works overtime to pay for it. You don't care..never did.... Only reason you care now is because you got caught. You probably figured since Matt was a newer member that he wouldn't make a big stink. Who knows what you were thinking. I'm not saying you don't have family issues but that's not enough for me. Business is business and it goes forward.

Just wanted to let everyone know I just bought a Detective comics #35. Really sweet copy. Matt,I hope you don't mind!!! I would of told you about it first, but the deal was just too sweet... Can't believe I started a thread and it has this many posts! I actually did secure a book that I'm hopefully picking up locally next Friday or Saturday. A really sick Shock Suspenstories #6...5.0 or so though metropolis called it a 6.5.
