I submitted my books on July 17, 2021. Tracking number 9505813665771194343197 is noted as shipment received. But there has been no further movement, action or other acknowledgment and the time is SUBSTANTIALLY beyond the turn around times listed. The inability to contact anyone is frustrating beyond belief...though I have now received multiple reminders that I should renew my membership!! What is going on?????
