A GL 7 in 3.0 sold on eBay a few weeks a go for 265$ if that helps GL7 3.0 on eBay

Picked up a SC23 on ebay last night, I'm a 24 away from completing the trilogy!

How anyone can spend that much without doing at least a little homework about this seller is beyond me...

Lotsa places online, ComicLink has huge auctions almost monthly and you can check the marketplace for SC22 regularly. Heritage Auctions, eBay, Pedigree comics (mostly Marvels tho), Worldwide comics, ComicConnect. Check out local conventions or shows where you can haggle a little more (my preference). Also you can check the for sale threads on the Boards here, you never know when one of the SC22s in this thread might show up...

Wow trimmed or not 4000$ is a far cry from 60,000$. Someone got a sweet deal!

I just won the 15 for under 200$, I was shocked considering the 18 finished at over 550$

I think the hatred stems more from undisclosed trimming, at least with this book you know what you're getting.

I dont know, I think there is waaaaay too much stigma associated with trimming. To me it says I dont need a 2nd mortgage to own a highest graded SC 22. That's just me I guess...

Anyone have an idea how much the trimmed 9.0 on CLink could go for?

Not to be pessimistic...but this down market across almost all area, will not bold well for the Rocky Mountain GL's. Well then it's a good thing I haven't bought anything for a while cuz I will be throwing some bids their way.

I picked up the old label Slobodian GL 20 in 8.5 from Pedigree as it was priced 50$ less than the eBay listing.

Just being facetious, bought for 175$
