@CGCRyan I have two questions: 1. How does a card that previously received a Gem Mint 9.5 transfer to a Gem Mint 10 when the description on the website is EXACTLY the same for the old Gem Mint 9.5 and the new Mint+ 9.5? The old Pristine 10 description is almost identical to the new Gem Mint 10. If my Gem Mint 9.5 didn’t meet the criteria for a Pristine 10, how does it meet the new criteria for a Gem Mint 10? 2. How does an old 9.5 Gem Mint with three 9.5 subs and one 9.0 sub equal a new 10 Gem Mint, but an old 9.0 Mint with two 9.5 subs and two 9.0 subs NOT equal a new Mint+ 9.5? If there is only 0.5 grade difference on one sub grade between a new Gem Mint 10 and a new Mint 9, then what the heck qualifies for a Mint+ 9.5? You literally cannot get any closer than that!!!

I am curious if the centering grades apply equally to the front and back of the card. Most grading companies are less critical of the back of the card, but your grading criteria does not specify a difference. Some clarity would be appreciated.

I think graded / QC is the “we don’t have holders” status. I have two in that status, one express that is already late because of the holder excuse.

Apparently, my standard cards are oversized!

I would be satisfied with my submission showing up at all...17 business days and counting since they received my cards!

Correction, “starting from the time we enter your submission”...may take weeks to get there after your “package arrives at [their] facility”. Don’t be fooled by the word usage there...I certainly was.

Doubtful...I am very i unsatisfied with the service thus far. I submitted economy and they have physically had my cards for over three weeks and still haven’t opened the box!! Two weeks in a row I have been told they are processing orders from the week of March 8th! So now, I have wasted over three weeks at their facility and the turnaround has increased from 40 days to 75. Already just like every other grading company (except HGA)...sell a service at 2-15 days + 40 additional days and provide 15+ days (still unknown) + 75 additional days. Good thing I sent in PC Cards to test the waters! Would be thoroughly upset if I had sent in something of high value. Now I know...pay out the nose to compete with the flippers or send somewhere else that values achieving the service that is sold.
