    My submission was actually picked up several days prior, but the official date recorded as received was 9/5. Status still says "Received," but my reholders sent in same box were already shipped back to me and arrived. Can you please advise what the deal is with timing on Pokemon bulk raw card submissions?

    My Submission has completely disappeared and it was due back months ago according to the turn-around times when I submitted. Can you please provide info about the status of my order ASAP?!? I have the submission # but didn't want to post here just in case.
