    Did either of us send in metal cards? No. I sent in 3 holographic Pokémon cards.

    I mailed mine in. I emailed the support email but I haven’t gotten a reply yet.

    Okay. But it’s been well over a month now and turnaround times are said to be 10 working days. Even 20 workings days plus 4 days of shut down doesn’t account for why I haven’t gotten mine back yet. Also, all these bulk submissions with longer turnaround times sent theirs in after me and have received theirs back already. I sent in 3 cards!

    So I’m getting ready to send my first submission of Pokémon cards. But I’m wondering which service is appropriate since I really don’t know what the value of the cards are. Can anyone help? And what if I choose something and the value is more?
