    Hello, this is my first post. I recently purchased a 9.8 Thor 337 signed comic book from 1983. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a small tear in the upper right of the cover. I have been watching videos online about negligible defects, and from what I understand, these defects are acceptable if they are under 1/16 of an inch. I am debating returning this item because it is a bit bothersome as it looks like the corner is about to fall off. I also wanted to have CGC perform a re-holder service because the grade is from 2015, and I read you should have the books re-holdered to replace the microchamber paper. I am afraid when I send it in, CGC will return it with a lower grade because of the defect. Should I return this book to the seller?
