Hello, so CGC finally shipped back my book and the tracking number has not updated since the initial scan on Aug 30th. It says received but acceptance pending? What does that mean? It is now Sept. 8th and tracking has not updated nor has it been accepted by USPS. It does say Priority Mail (my experience it’s 2-3 days shipping) and Registered Mail. I called CGC twice and one guy told me “USPS has a vault where they keep all their collectibles and high value items.” First time I hear about this “vault” so I have to wait and the second time the other guy told me it hasn’t updated because of Labor Day weekend. Told me to call back again next week if I don’t see any update on the tracking. I feel like the two people I talked to just told me the first random thing that came to mind just to get me off the phone. I do want to make it clear that I was not rude and just called to see if they could help me track it. Both times it was unsuccessful and told me to wait. I think it’s a natural concern that the package has not been accepted and still shows that it’s in Florida since a week ago. It’s a SS high value book so I feel my concern is understandable. Anyone else has experience this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
