Sent in a card recently, a giratina v (111/100) Pokémon.. it was in pristine shape and came back with a ding on bottom left corner.. just wondering what the quality control would be if a grader did ding the card and say it was like that upon receiving???it’s your word against ours, puts us in a tough position. everyone has bad work days and that’s showing through the grading.. it’s expensive already to grade a card and These habits continue to happen
