  1. Super nice books WP! I've always wanted a copy of the Police Comics, such a cool cover! Great pick up! And Happy Birthday!
  2. That one takes a back seat to no comic! One of the best covers, ever, period, IMHO. Thanks guys! Really glad you like it. Being a long time comic collector along with being a Burroughs collector, the two together makes me sometimes wonder if I like something just for what it is (like this book) or if I like it only for the ERB side of it. Seeing your responses here shows me that it all goes together well. Does that make since? I really like these boards, it's fun to share what you have with other collectors and to see what others have also. Thanks!
  3. I really hate to be the one to follow that AllenTown has anything I have is a far second, but here we go anyway. I'm a big Tarzan and ERB collector so I was excited to finally add on of these to my collection last year.
  4. I think some of the Shadow's have great covers. Got this one last year too.
  5. Thanks for the kind comments! Here is another I picked up last year.
  6. Picked this one up toward the end of last year. Always thought it was a neat cover.
  7. Hey guys, some of you know me, most do not. I've been lurking around the boards since around June last year and finally registered a couple of months later. I've been buying funny books for over 30 years now. I finally bought a new scanner this past weekend (HP Officejet Pro 7680) (if anyone that has the same one knows any "great" settings on it, could ya shoot me a pm!) Anyway, thought I would share a few books. I picked this up from fellow Boardie GreatEscape, Thanks again!
  8. I posted this in my ERB thread, but thought you guys would enjoy it too. This is a rare treat for you, the first mention of Tarzan of the Apes was in the All Story issue before Oct. 1912. Here it is for your enjoyment!
  9. Hey fellow pulp collectors! I finally broke down and bought a new scanner this weekend and hope to share some of my pulps with you. I only collect Edgar Rice Burroughs Plups so that is what I will be posting. This is the only one I have scanned so far......... Blue Book Oct. 35
  10. Very nice books, you just don't see Black Cats in this shape!
  11. A big thank you to Steve Borock who sent me a book with some nice extras which he didn't have to do! Thanks!
  12. Amazing original art you have! Is that the OA for Mary Marvel #5? Plant Comics #1? Jeez that's some nice items!
