Thank you for getting back to me, I may send it in just to see. It's not technically holo bleed by your company's definition I suppose since it doesn't bleed through the main body.

My blissey has holo either shown through it or printed on it. I would just like to know if this is an error, if it is then if it is recognized by CGC. I would love to get it graded.
