    This is in regards to Submission #: 4159895. I had initially sent these comics in for the Momoko signing back in September, however when I received them they had the wrong label. I asked on the chatboard (see initial post here) and was told to resubmit which I did and I included a letter detailing again the problem. You guys received the comics back in November where they were labeled as “scheduled for grading” and there has yet to be any other movement on them since. Now that it’s been over 2 months I would like to know what is going on with my comics and why it’s taking so long.

    Just received 2 of my many issues I submitted back (Submission 4131370), and the covers do no match what is listed as the label. While I also did submit those comics that correspond with the label, these particular covers I paid extra to have the custom Spider-Gwen label attached (Submission 4313137). Now I can understand that they could have gotten mixed up at the signing event, but whomever has the Green QC stamp #4 definitely needs a refresher, as clearly they are not the correct issues with the label. How do I get the correct label that corresponds with these issues and what I paid for?
