    Dang! What did you have to mortgage off for that? Hope the interest rate isn't too bad. I'm not a Mariner fan but even I have to give a thumbs up for that one.

    Oh yeah, I consider myself very lucky. I took one look at it, and I knew that it was simply too good to pass up. I knew I might not get another chance to get it.

    You know I thought the same thing. That it did look a bit better than 4.0. Of course we all know it wouldn't be the first time that a book turned up undergraded.
